== PLAN TO JOIN US ONLINE FOR HOLY WEEK! ==
Watch the video first on YouTube, and then join us on Zoom at the times indicated here.

Enter into the last days of Jesus' life day by day, and reflect on why it matters. Jesus was killed. God raised him up. We tell this story through the worship services of Holy Week and Easter. Come and be with us.

Palm Sunday: Procession of palms as Jesus is welcomed into Jerusalem. It was a welcome that came out of deep longing, but would turn to rejection. Pick a branch outside - any branch - and have it with you for our time together.
Sunday, April 5, VIDEO: 10:30 a.m. / ZOOM 2:00 p.m.

Maundy Thursday: Jesus' last supper with his friends, at which he called them to love each other and serve those in need - a final meal that became the Eucharist. Have some bread and a glass of wine or grape juice with you as you join us online.
Thursday, April 9, VIDEO 4:00 p.m. / ZOOM: 7:00 p.m.

Good Friday: An extended dramatic reading of Jesus' arrest, imprisonment, trial, and death by crucifixion. A large wooden cross is brought to the centre of the church. All are invited to a time of personal prayer before the cross.
Friday, April 10, VIDEO: 10:30 a.m. / ZOOM 2:00 p.m.

Holy Saturday: The Great Vigil of Easter begins with the ceremonial lighting of a fire and a darkened church, illuminated as we enter with candles lit from the fire. Join us with your lights extinguised and a candle ready to be lit. We will share readings, turn on our lights to glorious music, and conclude as a virtual resurrection party. Prepare some food and drink to have during the virtual after-party.
Saturday, April 11, VIDEO: 4:00 p.m. / ZOOM: 7:00 p.m.

Easter Sunday: The disciples go to the tomb and find it has been opened. Initially, they cannot believe what has happened, but their experience of meeting Jesus alive has been carried through the centuries to us. We welcome the Risen Christ with scenes of the church filled with flowers and the music of celebration.
