St. Anne's Garden Day - Saturday May 30, 9:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Get your hands in the soil as we plant summer flowers! Learn how to make your home garden pollinator-friendly. Stay for lunch and the Aboriginal earth blessing. Here's the Plan:

9:30 Arrive, get a coffee, and start planting!

11:00 Presentation: "How to make a Pollinator-Friendly Garden" by Gillian Leitch. Gillian is a Park Ranger for the Home Grown National Park a member of the Toronto Beekeepers Cooperative.

12:15 Lunch

2:00 Blessing Ceremony hosted by  Naadmaagit Ki Group (Helpers of the Earth). St. Anne's hosts a nursery garden for plants and medicines for NKG's Humber River habitat restoration project.
