St. Anne's Anglican Church is delighted to partner with Green Wave West and the Davenport Mutual Aid Network to host a series of community conversations about what a #JustRecovery from COVID-19 might look like.
Our July 22nd online exploration, hosted on the Zoom platform, will focus on the critical issue of housing and homelessness.
Our moderator and panelists for July 22 are:
Moderator: Emily Paradis - Housing & homelessness advocate and researcher, U of T Urban Studies instructor, Co-Chair of Build A Better Bloor Dufferin
Panelist: Cheryll Case - Founder & Principal Planner, CP Planning, co-editor and author of House Divided: How the Missing Middle Will Solve Toronto's Affordability Crisis
Panelist: Daniela Mergarten - Housing activist, front-line worker, and member of the City of Toronto’s Tenant Protection Advisory Committee
There will be an opportunity for participant input via poll questions and the chat function of Zoom.
The Zoom meeting link will be sent to all registered participants 48 hours before the event. The event will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. , and the meeting room will be open by 6:45 p.m.
